I finished reading How the Light Gets In, sent my book discussion recap and questions, and I'm back to reading what I'm reading. A friend recommended Howards End is On the Landing by Susan Hill, and it's a glorious book about books. Then Heart Sick by Chelsea Cain is next. I keep reading about authors that I haven't heard about and I check to see if the library has them. If they do I have to place a hold on them. They send them from other library's because most of the time our library want have them. I had rather get them from the library first. If not possible then I buy them in print or ebook. So many books, there is no way I will ever get around to reading half of them. Ever day there are new ones on the list. Enjoy the book you are reading today.Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16746340822577008970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9995206.post-62688045374542782782014-08-13T08:58:18.400-05:002014-08-13T08:58:18.400-05:00I'm close to the end of Marcia Clark's The...I'm close to the end of Marcia Clark's The Competition, and it's hard to put it down. As for what I'm currently reading - I'm actually cheating and listening to The Long Way Home. I've had to make myself stop listening so I could finish a couple of books I have scheduled for review. There's just something about Louise Penny's books that I can't resist. I know you said you enjoy reading the print copies, but listening to them being read by Ralph Cosham makes Gamache seem so real.
