Can't wait!

And, you wouldn't believe this, but the day after finishing The Lightning Thief, I was reading an essay in Anne Fadiman's VERY literary collection, At Large and At Small, and she has a chapter that tells the story of Procrustes (Crusty in The Lighting Thief), the man who made people fit their beds. Weird to read that in two places back to back.Lesahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12946133849271512083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9995206.post-90859881666635182142007-06-25T14:41:00.000-05:002007-06-25T14:41:00.000-05:00Hi, Lesa!My boys and I also liked THE LIGHTNING TH...Hi, Lesa!

My boys and I also liked THE LIGHTNING THIEF. What a fun, neat way to get kids interested in mythology by giving it a modern context.Julia Buckleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10270211923343731659noreply@blogger.com
