Sunday Afternoon

Just a quick post to let you know I'm okay, but my modem failed on Saturday, so I have no Internet access at home. I'm working at the library, on a desk, so I can't do a blog today.

This has messed up the schedule on the blog. There will be a post on Tuesday. Treasures in My Closet will be postponed until Saturday, Aug. 4.

Technology failure. It's certainly not easy to blog with no Internet or wifi.

So glad you let us know.
I made myself not get in touched to check on you. Sometimes people just have something happen that can’t be avoided.
If I didn’t see a new message by tomorrow I would have been asking if you were ok. Not like you to do nothing on your blog each day. We are spoiled to that.
Glad it wasn’t any with you. Having no internet is not a good thing to deal with. I really can’t stand it when it has happened at my house.

Hope you are back soon. Hugs

Charlotte, I had my sister put something on Facebook for my friends there, but I had no way of getting it on my blog until I came to work today.

Thank you for worrying about me!

How very tiresome for you! And I'm glad you checked in as well. Good luck with getting things back to normal.

I hate when that happens. Ugh. But I usually take myself to my favorite little air conditioned coffee shop and treat myself to some pasties while I use their WiFi. Hope yours is resolved soon!

Bummer. I hate when that happens too. I checked back a few times yesterday, but figured maybe you needed a break.

Glad you're OK.

The convenience of the internet certainly makes it frustrating when we don't have it. I appreciate the genius and inventions people come up with. I do recall the card catalogs at the libraries where I often used them when I worked at the library. This is one of those things I kind of wished they still kept.

Everything worked out. Everything was fixed on Monday morning. Just seemed like forever without the Internet, that's all. Back in business.
