New York Bound, and What Are You Reading?

I intended to have a book review here today, but I just didn't have time yesterday. I had to finish a book for Library Journal, and I wrote the Treasures in My Closet post for June 1. Those activities really did take most of the day, along with laundry and packing for Book Expo America.

I'm New York bound today. Looking forward to books, authors, publishers, Broadway, and all the excitement that means New York. I'll catch you up when I can. In the meantime, I should have time today to check back. So, what are you reading today? I'd love to know!

Have a wonderful time! I'm jealous, although I am participating in Armchair BEA this week.

Over the holiday weekend I finished The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling) and read Dyeing Wishes by Molly MacRae. Last night I started Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline. How nice to have the time to do a lot of reading--and I loved all of the books! Lesa, have a wonderful time in NYC.

I just finished MURDER IN THRALL by Anne Cleeland and have just started her MURDER IN RETRIBUTION.

It's fun to see what others are reading--some of which I have already read--others of which I have not heard of.

I'm reading Midnight Crossroad by Charlaine Harris. I'm having a tough time getting into it because I don't really care about any of the characters.

My guilty reading pleasure, an Anne Tyler book. Today, I started "Back When We Were Grownups." Just finished my book club's June selection, "The Barbarian Nurseries" by Hector Tober.
