Winners and a Southwest Mystery Contest

Congratulations to the winners of the last contest. Charles Finch will be sending an autographed copy of A Burial at Sea to Rita R. of Searcy, AR. And, I’ll send The Trail of the Wild Rose by Anthony Eglin to Tina B. From So Thomaston, ME.

This week, I’m offering mysteries set in the Southwest. It’s the chance to discover new authors, and interesting locations. Lori Hines’ The Ancient Ones is a paranormal mystery. While working on a dark arts case with the FBI and the Arizona-Irish Paranormal Research Society, Lorelei Lanier discovers how closely she is tied to “the ancient ones.” She’s going to need their help in a complex case that takes place in underground tunnels and Indian ruins, while Lorelei faces villains whose powers extend over time.

Or, you could win C.C. Harrison’s Pictures of Lies. Investigative journalist Keegan Thomas travels to Monument Valley on the Navajo Indian Reservation, searching for the people in an old photograph in her grandfather’s belongings. But, the Indians don’t welcome the stranger. And, Keegan discovers secrets that many want to keep hidden.

Would you like to win The Ancient Ones or Pictures of Lies? You can enter to win both, but I need to have separate entries. Email me at Your subject headings should read either “Win The Ancient Ones” or “Win Pictures of Lies. Please include your name and mailing address. ”For this contest, I'll be selecting the winners on Friday morning, Nov. 18th at 5:00 AM  MT using a random number generator.Entrants from the U.S. only, please.
