Winners and a Crispin Guest Medieval Giveaway

Congratulations to the winners of the last contest. Teela Y. of Mount Juliet, TN will receive Sharon Fiffer's Backstage Stuff. And, Kathy S. from Alba, TX will receive Beverle Graves Myers’ Her Deadly Mischief. I’ll put the books in the mail tomorrow.

This week, I’m giving away two autographed books, along with accompanying sword pens. Jeri Westerson, author of the Crispin Guest books autographed them on Monday. Serpent in the Thorns finds Guest, a disgraced knight, as the prime suspect in a murder with terrible diplomatic implications to the relationship between the French and the English. In protecting a tavern girl, he put himself in a dangerous position in which he must unravel a conspiracy to save his country, and himself.

Maybe you’d like to win The Demon’s Parchment. Crispin is wary of taking on his most recent client, a Jewish physician at the king’s court, even though all Jews were expelled from England almost a century earlier. He wants Crispin to find stolen parchments that might be beind the gruesome murders of young boys, parchments that might have been used to bring forth a demon that now stalks London.

So, do you want to win Serpent in the Thorns or The Demon’s Parchment? You can enter to win both, but I need separate entries. Email me at The subject lines should read, either "Win Serpent in the Thorns" or "Win The Demon's Parchment." Include your name and email address in the body of the email. Entries only from the U.S. please. The contest will end next Thursday, Nov. 3 at 6 PM PT when I'll pick the names with a random number generator.
