Good luck with that wish list!

So many series, so little time, Kathy. I understand.

Oh, that's interesting, Susan, that someone didn't like the dealings with the relationship. In my opinion, it's important to the continued development of Maisie's character. And, no matter what her strengths appear to be, she is a damaged character after her WWI experiences, and the tragic loss of her fiance, as well as the death of her mother when she was young. There are so many reasons she's afraid of attachment.Lesahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12946133849271512083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9995206.post-66304338704911909542012-03-25T09:08:43.006-05:002012-03-25T09:08:43.006-05:00Someone (and I'm sorry, I can't remember w...Someone (and I'm sorry, I can't remember who) just posted a review about this, and they found it annoying that the questions with James takes up so much of the book. I've read two books in the series, and I have the third to read on my TBR shelf here at home. I like Maisie and I enjoy the novels, but I find her non-attachment process both enjoyable and annoying at the same time - I can't decide if it helps the flow of the book or not. Maybe this was just the second book, it sounds like it does continue to be a good series.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09095246748581382752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9995206.post-41739021596713101692012-03-25T08:20:45.370-05:002012-03-25T08:20:45.370-05:00I have got to get started with this series!
