Family

I can't thank my mom and sisters enough for all their help getting my apartment to feel like home. Pictures hung, furniture in place, clothes unpacked. They're back in Ohio today, and I start work at the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library. I'm ready, thanks to them!

It's wonderful that you had family to help get settled, plus an old-fashioned 'girlfest' - good times! Enjoy the first day on the job.

Thanks everyone. And, I'm actually going to read a book for a little while tonight.

God I hate moving, but it is always more fun with family or friends helping out. Glad to see that this was the case for you. Hope you like your new place and your new job!! Best wishes!

Best, best, bestest of luck in your newjob. It will take a while for it to become home but you sure started with the best of luck....anytime a casa has been sealed with the blessing of family, well that's a surefire guarantee that blessings will be found there. Enjoy!

PS...I wonder if it's colder here than there....we were at 36 degrees at lunchtime :)
