Congratulations to the winners of the medical thriller giveaway. Richard B. of Brenham, TX will receive Michael Palmer's Oath of Office, and Kira Peikoff's Living Proof will go to Janise R. from Pittsford, NY. I'll put them in the mail tomorrow.
Since it's the beginning of the month, and I've been reviewing cozy mysteries, I'm giving away two sets of them this week, all dealing with shops or shopping in one way or another. The first package features mysteries by Elaine Viets and Denise Swanson. Mystery shopper Josie Marcus is featured in Viets' Death on a Platter. Her new assignment, sampling local St. Louis cuisine for a City Eats food tour is enticing until another customer is poisoned at an Italian restaurant. Josie's mother begs her to investigate when the owner is murdered.
The second book in the Viets/Swanson package is Little Shop of Homicide by Denise Swanson. Devereaux Sinclair buys an old-fashioned five-and-dime in her rural Missouri hometown. But when a gift basket found in a hotel room has Dev's fingerprints all over it, she's shopping for answers before she has to shop for the perfect prison cell.
Or, you could enter to win a Kate Collins' Flower Shop Mystery package. In Dirty Rotten Tendrils, flower shop owner Abby Knight sets out to prove her old boss, a lawyer involved in a prominent case, did not kill the opposing counsel.
In Night of the Living Dandelion, Abby notices that one of her customers orders unusual flowers, bloodwort, Dracula orchid, devil's tongue, and strangleweed. But, she doesn't really think there's a vampire in town, no matter what others think about her fiance's army buddy, Vlad. He's from Romania, dresses in black, likes bizarre plants. And, the evidence against him is piling up when a woman is found dead, drained of blood. For her fiance's sake, Abby will get involved before Vlad's life really becomes a nightmare.
Which package of mysteries would you like to win, the Viets/Swanson one or the Kate Collins one? You can enter to win both, but I need separate entries. Email me at Lesa.Holstine@gmail.com. Your entry should read either "Win Viets/Swanson" or "Win Kate Collins". Include your name and mailing address. Entries in the U.S. only, please.
Please note this contest will only run until 5 a.m.PT next Thursday morning, July 12. I'll have a special giveaway starting that day, and I'll be off to the Poisoned Pen that night to see Linda Fairstein and Joseph Kanon.

What fun titles!
I don't read everything I give away, Sue. I do read everything I review.
Aren't they fun, Kat?
These do look like some great reads. Are there a lot of books like these? The Little Shop of Homicide has a intriguing description.
